Whether you’re creating a new website, a presentation, a brochure or any other project requiring graphics, you may not have the time or resources to create custom artwork and graphics. (Please note that I don’t do any printing, sign-making or other physical product creation.)
Custom graphic design for the Web is one of my favorite things to do. It’s a coordinated effort between you and me. We can start from scratch, you can provide me with a basic drawing of what you’re looking for, or I can take it and run with it! Whatever you choose.
I work with the following formats for Web graphics: PNG (.png), JPEG (.jpg) and GIF (.gif). These file types are pixel files and are normally used for Web design. They’re generally created in an RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color format.
(Please note: Not all colors look the same when viewed on different computers, especially GIF files.)
I do my best to use only web safe colors for GIF files, but I may not always be able to do that depending on the color matching you request. For consistent color results on all of your applications, I’ll normally need the Pantone Matching System® (PMS) color numbers for each color you select. Click here to use a free on-line color matching tool that may help you in your selection.
You’ll normally receive your graphic via e-mail. If you’re having me design your website, any graphics I create for that will normally get uploaded to your Web hosting location, but I can send those to you via e-mail, too, if you need.
Your graphics are yours! What I mean by that is that you’ll retain all rights (copyrights) to your graphics. I do, however, reserve the right to use your logo in my marketing and advertising.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the desired graphic and the amount of time required to complete the design and receive your approval. For my basic pricing structure, please click here or on the Services Pricing link at the bottom of this page.
